If you are charged for an iTranslate PRO subscription on an iOS device and would like to ask for a refund, you would need to contact Apple directly. Only Apple could process refunds for App Store purchases.
Requesting an App Store purchase can be made here. After a request is submitted, you could check the status of the refund here with Apple.
iTranslate is unfortunately not provided with the ability to override Apple's decisions, but you can get in touch with Apple for further assistance on this matter.
