iTranslate for macOS can be found in the menu bar of your Mac after you have launched the app from your applications menu. You can open it by tapping the icon in your menu bar. You can change languages by tapping the flag for the language you want to change and selecting a new one. After you have finished typing what you want to translate you can start the translation by taping the enter key on your keyboard. You can also paste text into the app for translation.
